The winner of the Ecotransenergo privatization auction was LLC “Wood Service Energo”
On Wednesday, February 19, the State Property Fund held an auction for the privatization of the single property complex of the state enterprise “Ekotransenergo” in the village of Novy Yar, Lviv region. The winner auctions became Kyiv-based LLC “Wood Service Energo”, which specializes in wood trading.
Two participants competed for the asset. At a starting price of UAH 6 million, the auction winner offered UAH 20 million. The competitor, Lviv-based LLC “Zemlebudproekt,” offered UAH 14 million.
Ecotransenergo, which is engaged in the extraction of sand, gravel, clay and kaolin, owns 70 real estate objects in the village of Novy Yar, Yavoriv district. These are workshops, warehouses, pumping stations, a building for the basic reagent warehouse, a canteen, etc.
The company also owns three land plots with a total area of 26 hectares and 22 vehicles.
Ecotransenergo's accounts payable totals almost UAH 22.5 million, of which UAH 4.95 million is salary arrears. The company employs 37 people.
Under the terms of the sale of the privatization object, the buyer of the EMC SE “Ekotransenergo” is obliged to repay the company's debts within six months and prevent the dismissal of employees.
